Tonight I’m sitting on a hotel bed in Idaho which would otherwise be great, except that I’m supposed to be in Utah tonight. Somehow we took a wrong turn on our Lincoln Highway road trip and ended up far from where we should be, but I’m not complaining. Getting lost is one of the things I love about road trips, and the prospect of unexpected discoveries thrills me like nothing else can.
Plus I would happily take a wrong turn again if it meant seeing this breathtaking sunset:
Last week when I entered into Instagram Travel Thursday with my own post– Family Travel on Instagram–I promised to share #familytravel photos that made me smile. Over the course of the week, I’ve been getting a kick out of returning to the blog post to see the changing mosaic, but I have yet to figure out how to share individual images. Sorry!
So, instead, here is the current #familytravel mosaic–isn’t it delightful?
